Badgee is a trade name of Badgeria Technologies OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. Badgeria Technologies OÜ is the data controller responsible for the games published under the Badgee name and for this website. This policy explains what they do with your information.
The short version
Badgee games run entirely on your device. There is no account to create and no connection required to play. We never ask you for personal information, and we do not know who you are. The one thing we do collect is anonymous measurements of how fast and how reliably the app runs on your device, described in Performance and diagnostic data below.
Information you give us
None. Badgee games have no sign-up, no login and no profile. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details.
Information stored on your device
Game progress, high scores and settings are saved locally on your device. This data stays on your device, is not sent to us and is not readable by us. It is deleted when you uninstall the game.
The app also stores an anonymous installation identifier on your device, used only for the performance measurements described in the next section. It is generated by the app, is not derived from anything about you or your hardware, and is deleted along with everything else when you uninstall the game.
Advertising
Badgee games currently show no advertising and contain no advertising SDK.
We may introduce advertising in future releases. If we do, this policy will be updated before that version is published, naming the advertising provider and linking to its own privacy policy, and the app’s Data safety information on Google Play will be updated to match.
Performance and diagnostic data
We use EAS Observe, a service provided by Expo, to measure how well the app performs on real devices. It tells us that a screen is slow or that an update failed to download — nothing about you, and nothing about how you play.
What is collected:
- app start times (cold and warm start, first render, time until the app is interactive, and how long the app’s code bundle takes to load),
- how long over-the-air app updates take to download,
- how long individual screens take to render,
- your device model, its operating system version, and the version of the app,
- where we have added them, technical markers that time a specific operation inside the game — for example how long a saved game takes to load. These measure the app, never you.
Each of these measurements carries an anonymous installation identifier: a random value created when the app is installed. It is not your name, your email, your account, your advertising ID or your device’s serial number, and it cannot be traced back to you. It is reset if you uninstall and reinstall the app, which makes the previous installation’s measurements permanently unlinkable.
What is not collected: your IP address, crash reports or stack traces, any user or account identifier, any advertising or cross-app tracking identifier, your location, your contacts, and the contents of anything you do in the game. These measurements are never used for advertising, never used to build a profile of you, and never used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
We treat this as personal data even though it does not identify you. Under the GDPR an identifier tied to a single installation counts as an online identifier, and we would rather over-declare than argue the point. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the app fast and stable; the data is minimal, anonymous and never used to reach or profile any individual.
Badgee games still contain no third-party crash reporting SDK and no advertising SDK.
Separately, Google Play collects some crash and performance data from devices whose owners have turned on “Share usage and diagnostics” in their Android settings. That collection is done by Google under Google’s own privacy policy, not by us, and you can turn it off in your device settings at any time.
Who processes data for us
Expo (Expo, Inc., United States) operates EAS Observe and processes the performance measurements described above on our behalf and on our instructions, as our data processor. Its handling of that data is governed by Expo’s privacy policy. Because Expo is established outside the European Economic Area, these measurements are transferred out of the EEA under the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR.
We use no other processor for data collected in the games.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or their own purposes. The only data that leaves your device is the anonymous performance measurements described above, and it goes only to the processor named above, only so that we can see how the app is running.
Children
Badgee games are not directed at children. They are intended for a general audience, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
There is no account to access, correct or delete: we hold no name, address or contact details for you. To remove everything a Badgee game has stored on your device, including the installation identifier, uninstall the game.
Because Badgeria Technologies OÜ is established in the European Union, the GDPR applies to everything described here. Under it you have the right to access, correct, erase and port your personal data, to object to its processing, and to restrict it.
There is one honest limitation on those rights. The only data we hold is tied to an anonymous installation identifier and nothing else, so we cannot tell which records — if any — belong to the person asking. We are not allowed to demand extra information about you just to make that link, and we would not want to: collecting identity documents in order to honour a privacy request would defeat the purpose (Article 11 GDPR). In practice this means uninstalling the app is the effective way to sever your device from that data, and we will still answer any request you send us and act on it wherever we technically can.

This website
This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site’s own domain. The performance measurement described above happens only inside the mobile games, never on this website.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this URL with a new “last updated” date. Changes that affect what we collect will be published before the release that introduces them, and noted in that game’s release notes.
